● Power and control electronic circuit design for medium voltage drive(MVD):signal measurement and protection circuit, EMC filter design IGBT gate driver,control circuit..,etc. 负责中压变频器的功率和控制电路设计:信号检测和保护电路,EMC滤波设计,IGBT门极驱动电路和控制电路等。 ● PCB layout specification creation in collaboration with mechanical and PCB layout team. 与结构工程师,PCB布局工程师协同,定义电路板布局说明。 ● Power component selection(SCR,IGBT included) main circuit design of medium voltage drive, the snubber circuit,power, component loss calculation…,etc. in order to bring power electronics competency to R&D. 负责电力电子器件的选型(包含SCR,IGBT),中压变频器主回路,吸收回路设计,电力电子器件损耗计算。 ● Develop MVD verification checklist, create verification specification, and routing requirements。 制定中压变频器的验证清单,创建测试规范,制定出厂测试需求。 ● Support fault analysis and provide solutions for factories and sites application. 支持工厂和现场的相关故障分析及提供解决方案。 ● Assessing costs and performances to determine which project ideas will provide the most value. 评估产品的成本和性能,以确定哪种方案具有更好的价值。 ● Contribute on design rules creation on design team. 创建设计规范,为设计团队的能力提升做出贡献。 ● Bringing his strong competency and knowledge to enhance power electronics design quality. This includes contributing on deeply technical research, mentoring young engineer, solving design issue. 具备较好的能力和知识,有助于提高电力电子产品的设计质量,包括深入的技术研究,指导年轻工程师,解决设计问题。 (1) 电力电子、电机、电气自动化、电力系统及自动化、自动化等相关专业; (2) 具有模/数电路、电路理论、电力电子等理论基础,对变频器使用的主要器件熟悉; (3) 较熟悉EMI/EMC规范与设计知识; (4) 有UPS、SVC、SVG、APF、变频器、整流器、开关电源等相关项目开发工作经验者优先考虑。 (5) 日常工作中经常与国外同事协作,要求具有英语听说能力; (6) 熟练使用Altium Designer、Cadence等至少一种常用的电路板绘图软件; (7) 具有良好的动手能力和调试经验; (8) 有使用仿真工具进行电力电子设备仿真研究的经验者优先。
