(Include % of time spent on each function.) 61 Assist line manager with the contract drafting, reviewing and implementation works. 61 Assist line manager with the legal litigation and risk control related works. 61 Assist with the development, implementation and management of internal policies and procedures of legal department. 61 Assists line manager in providing legal advice to business units regarding daily operation. 61 Able to effectively communicate with other departments to seek cross-function collaboration under the guidance of line manager. 61 Conduct legal research and assist in drafting/translation/reviewing of legal documents. Maintain legal docs and files as appropriate and required. 61 Perform other duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added subject to the need of business.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
61 Very familiar with copyright law and entertainment laws is preferred. 61 Preferably with legal working experience on music industry or entertainment industry. 61 The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required. 61 Strong prioritization and time management skills. 61 Integrity, honesty and trust and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are also imperative to this role. 61 Demonstrated ability, in a positive, commercial and practical manner, to identify, prioritize and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
