职位描述:
1. 管理直营业务:直营经理负责管理品牌直营业务,并协同其他部门,在品牌目标,战略方面提供重要意见及建议。
2. 制定计划和策略:直营经理制定和实施业务计划和战略,推动品牌业务增长和盈利。负责制定市场相关营销策略和品牌推广,以增加市场份额和知名度。
3. 管理团队:直营经理负责管理直营团队,并督促团队成员完成业务目标。并负责招聘、培训和评估员工,确保团队的执行力和胜任力。
4. 协调各部门:直营经理必须和其他相关部门密切协作,包括商品、陈列、物流、人力、财务等,具有优秀的沟通能力。
岗位职责:
1. 确保销售业绩:直营经理负责直营业务的销售,并确保销售业绩达到公司目标。有能力根据季节、特定节假日等时机,设计和实施相关计划,确保行动方案的有效实施和达成;
2. 管理员工:直营经理必须有招聘、培训和管理员工的能力,确保团队成员能够高效完成工作。会为员工提供适当的激励,确保员工工作的积极性与执行力;
3. 商品管理:直营经理需要监督商品销售过程中各环节,包括但不限于库存管理,到货管理,调拨合理性等。确保直营范围商品能够***化满足销售需求,并能够根据情况提出相应商品应对建议;
4. 店铺日常管理:能够合理进行店铺任务分解,能够根据日常运营数据给到店铺合理可行的行动方案,监督店长严格执行公司销售政策及相关运营管理规则及标准;严格管控并提升店铺员工服务标准及工作质量;
5. 顾客及会员维护和管理:能够制定符合本区域的会员管理标准并监督执行,支持店铺提升品牌私域有效会员基数策略和活动等;
6. 会议管理:有能力制定和参加区域或店铺月度、周度会议,通过会议解决相关问题;
7. 拓展业务:直营经理需要能够拓展自身区域业务范围,寻找新的市场和销售机会。同时负责建立和维护既有与甲方的业务关系,并能够与甲方一起制定长期合作计划;
任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历;
2. 最少5年以上直营零售管理工作经验;
3. 心态积极乐观,具备良好的沟通能力;
4. 有一定抗压能力,能够独立完成工作,自驱力强;
5. 热爱运动;

Job Description:
1. Managing direct business: The direct business manager is responsible for managing the direct business of the brand and providing important opinions and suggestions on brand development and strategies in coordination with other departments.
2. Develop plans and strategies: Develop business growth and improve profitability. Responsible for developing market by marketing strategy and sales increasing to improve market share and awareness.
3. Management team: Responsible for managing the direct sales team and urging the team members to complete the business objectives. Responsible for the recruitment, training and evaluation of employees to ensure the team's execution and competence.
4.Operation manage: Responsible for operation daily management of store. Set up and implement operation standard. Control store image and provide perfect purchasing environment for customer.
4. Coordinate with departments: The direct sales manager must work closely with other relevant departments, including merchandise, display, logistics, human resources, finance, etc., with excellent communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
1. Ensure sales performance: The direct sales manager is responsible for the sales of the direct business and ensures that the sales performance reaches the company's target. Ability to design and implement relevant special plans according to seasons, specific holidays, etc., to ensure effective implementation;
2. Manage employees: Direct sales managers must have the ability to recruit, train and manage employees to ensure that team members can perform their work efficiently. Will provide appropriate incentives for employees to ensure that employees work enthusiasm and execution;
3. Product management: The direct sales manager shall supervise all aspects of the product sales process, including but not limited to inventory management, arrival management, and the rationality of transfer. To ensure that the products can meet the sales demand, and can put forward the corresponding product response suggestions from the market;
4. Daily management of stores: Be able to reasonably make and delivery store tasks, provide reasonable and feasible action plans according to daily operation data, and supervise the store manager to strictly implement the company's sales policies and relevant operation management rules and standards; Strictly control and improve store staff service standards and work quality;
5. CRM management: Be able to formulate regional VIP management standards, monitor CRM promotion activities and planning to increasing the VIP number base of the brand private domain;
6. Meeting management: Have the ability to formulate and participate in regional or store monthly and weekly meetings, and solve relevant problems through meetings;
7. Expand business: Direct sales managers need to be able to expand their regional business scope and find new markets and sales opportunities. At the same time, be responsible for establishing and maintaining existing business relations with Landlord, and be able to work out long-term cooperation plans with Landlord;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 5 years of direct retail management experience;
3. Positive attitude and good communication skills;
4. Have a certain ability to work under pressure, be able to complete work independently, and have strong self-drive;
5. Non-beijing resident, under the age of 35;
6. Love sports;
