As regional marketing manager, design & implement central marketing strategy & activity, manage local KOLs and other stakeholders, developing insights & opportunity for local markets, as well as supporting local sales to deliver sales target and market share target Main
Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1) Develop high quality regional marketing plan; and ensure the regional marketing plan fit with the local market conditions and the overall central marketing strategies; act as a member of the regional management team 2) Integrate the central marketing and regional programs and at the regional level to ensure alignment and appropriate resource deployment 3) Implement central marketing programs in the responsible region to achieve the pre-defined objectives and KPIs including the business impact, the timeline and the budget 4) Consolidate regional inputs on marketing programs and feedback them to line manager 5) Build a solid understanding of the regional market; maintain strong relationship with the KOLs in the region 6) Supervise the regional product managers and develop their capabilities

Coordinate academic training and cycle meeting in the region by collaboration with MSL and regional training team

Education 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree required and post-graduate degree preferred
Experience 经验
More than +5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, preferably experiences with both public & private sectors
