1. Achieve sales budget in south region 2. Discover and follow up new customer and new project. Secure the access of BD product during the development phase of the customer’s product. 3. Promote BD products and new business model. - Be responsible of annual sales achieving , supply forecast, and customer management, , including customer access, annual contract, delivery, payment and other related business - Visit all current and potential customers on a regular basis, and promote BD product capabilities to target customers in pharmaceutical and medical device industry - Build long term partnership with key customers - Implement customer complaints handling and other technical support with cross-function cooperation, such as marketing and CQM team - Discover new customers and new projects, and keep following up. - To understand the needs of the product development of customers. Recommend suitable products and support the customer to do the compatibility study. - Find out the organization structure and decision making progress. Find out key decision maker and keep following up. - Support the customers to set incoming inspection standard, support the product registration and machine selection with the customers. - Promote new products of BD. - Promote E&L study service and support the customer to improve the capability of the study.
