Job Summary To work with the Managing Director, Beijing and other staff in Knight Frank to plan, implement and build a sustainable, profitable and reputable business. Act as Director to the Business Growth Team. Required to undertake the responsibilities outlined below which relate to the general roles and responsibilities of a member with KNIGHT FRANK’s China Global Corporate Service. To ensure that Knight Frank is the premier service provider in China. Achieving annual KPIs agreed is one of the responsibilities of the role. Responsibilities 61 Work with the team on the ground developing more clients, or exploring the opportunities enlarge service scope; 61 Manage the accounts and deliver transaction management services based on the clients’ process; 61 Proactively monitor clients’ portfolio and explore the potential business opportunities including but not limited to transaction, project management, investment, consulting services etc. 61 Support clients with ongoing account work such as – but not limited to – financial analysis, communication with landlords and other market players, gathering market data’s and information and preparing meeting and reporting documentation 61 Support service line leaders or hub leaders with work related to proposals, presentations and other client pursuit related matters. 61 Support the Transaction Management structure in regard to adjusting existing or launching new processes, working tools and policies. 61 Interacting with other departments for engagement with Transaction Management related work scope. 61 Participating in team and account meetings as necessary. 61 Other works assigned by supervisors Person Specification
