Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to Implement the Price Policy and Rebate policy requirement from the biz and Audit/Integrity rules, drive the continuous improvement activities and deliver KPIs. You will be mainly accountable for: 1) Process and SOX controlling: All the special discount quotes checking, releasing into system for OR, etc 2) Area sales people supporting: price and rebate policy and process clarification, help to solve the systems error and problems, try to give comments or guidance when they need for all the special situations, control the data strictly and provide data only to relevant person 3) Accurate and Prompt Report Work: sales monthly report, sales people appraisal report, distributor/customer performance report, etc. 4) Implement the Price Policy and Rebate policy requirement from the biz and Audit/Integrity rules 5) Support on internal control & audit tracking requirement 6) Support on yearly agreements drafting and releasing 7) Coordinate with all function teams: Sales, Products, Logistics, Finance, etc.
Qualifications for the role 1) Strong team work, but also ability to work independently. 2) Accurate and prompt in system operation and reporting work 3) Bachelor degree 4) Minimum of 3~5 years in a statistics, data, or analytical position 5) Being familiar with SAP, Sales Force, excel, etc is priority 6) Team player 7) Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills 8) Fluent in English
