Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section. 产品管理:根据顾客的偏好调整商品的系列和种类、商品陈列顺序和区域管理、商品折叠管理、商品返仓管理、商品防盗管理、商品库房陈列管理、商品转移管理以及协助销售数据管理等。 Image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section. Personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays. 形象管理:商品陈列;分管区域员工形象管理;协助经理为员工安排工作;培训并激励分管区域的员工;协助经理进行团队工作时间/休假安排。 Staff Management: Organizing section personnel, assigning duties, training, motivation, follow up, holidays, breaks, rota, and all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving。 员工管理:组织分管部门的员工,对团队工作进行安排,培训员工,激励员工,管理员工休假,管理入职/离职员工的相关资料,解决员工关系问题。 Budget control: Handle all section resources in an efficient way, reaching the highest sales objectives with the lowest cost (hours, electricity, materials (bags, paper, stationery, hangers, furniture, TGT, Cassio, wastage, robbery, tills, security procedure...). 预算控制:有效控制分管部门总体预算,以最低的成本(工时,电力,店铺办公用品,家具,TGT系统,安防设备等)达到***的销售目标。 任职要求: Fluent in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated 能流利地进行普通话和英语口语、书面沟通;会第二种语言优先考虑 Ability to manage sales; 具备销售管理的能力; Ability to deal with customers' needs; 善于处理客户的需求; Excellent team leadership, communication skills and teamwork spirit. 具备团队领导力、杰出的沟通能力和团队合作能力。 University degree is required; 大专及以上学历 At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry; 至少一年以上零售管理经验,在快时尚行业优先考虑 上班时间:上五休二 倒班 8h/h
