岗位职责: 1 Define strategies and plans of distributors layout based on UA coverage requirements, implement the whole channel and category business plan in the market 2 Identify priority distributors for the Channels/Cities and work with Sales Managers in developing tailored Channel/City distributors layout plans in line with overall market strategy 3 Develop a distributor prioritization framework to identify groups of customers where we should develop effienciently 4 Responsible for achievement of distributor's sales KPI target set by Nestle, i.e. NPS, RIG, TS, CCS through defining management tools and distributor/sub-distributors standards 5 Responsible for JBP design, signing, and the achievement reporting 6 Responsible for sell-in/out of specific distributors including Sub-D, county, wholesale, logistical distributor and B2B, manage and optimize distributor operations 7 Define the standards of UA coverage and effective coverage through opening distributors and developing the specific channels 8 Work with Distributor management and sales teams to define and develop appropriate 9 Distributor Layout Standards, Sales targets. Support the construction of compelling commercial propositions at the Channel/City level 任职要求: 1. 6 years and above working experience in sales, CCSD, Supply Chain, F&C, data management 2. Excellent in MS office 3. University degree 4. Distributor Management and CCSD experience was preferred
