Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the whole contract management process including order intake, delivery and cash collection. You will be mainly accountable for: - Assess the project risks and ensure to follow up Global/Local Division risk management policy - Lead the relevant stakeholders to identify significant risks in a project and define mitigation actions - Initiate risk review in GRR/LRR tool as risk management responsible to ensure getting the management decision before tendering - Ensure order intake following Global/Local Division’s policy accurately - Monitor and coordinate order design, production and shipment. Ensure on time delivery to the customer - Prepare shipment documents or export license for Custom declaration - Support business target achievement including sales revenues, account receivable collection and inventory reduction etc.
Qualifications for the role - Bachelor’s degree or above - Experience in international trade or contract management - Good knowledge in contract terms and conditions, financial knowledge, international trade and custom rules would be preferred. - SAP, MS office and BI will be plus. - Fluent English in both speaking and writing. - Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different customers. - Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure
