- Pick up the phone call & transfer the phone directly to proper Sales people - Handle the mailing service & distribution - Working lunch card management - Take care of office facilities maintenance including meeting room's equipment, furniture and light change etc. - Look after the office security for main/back door and emergency exit - Update the database of Address book and phonebook and telephone list and distribute to the all bimonthly or when updated - As company contact to Building Management in routine communication and follow-up issues - General administrative support including travel flight/hotel booking, transportation arrangement, copying, filing if requested. - Check the expense claim, payment support in coordinating with Finance and make the record for tracking - Assist to organize the office activity, update bulletin board and internal training for staffs - Office supply including stationery, name card, large bottled water, drinks/coffee bean, tea, reception flower, plant, courier etc., - Monthly bill for domestic & international courier, stationery - Mobile bill uploading to E-Flow and other company mobile/fixed line relevant issues - Make meeting memo for Location meeting and Admin meeting - Biding document support per business need or sales request - Other work assigned by Office Manager - Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. - Good oral & written English skills - Willing to learn & hardworking - Strong & active service attitude & detail oriented with patience - Good command of computer skills - Responsible & reliable - Team work & good communications skills with others
