* Project Management Leadership: Lead complex project management efforts related to the development of systems and tools that support commercial excellence activities. * Business Needs Assessment: Engage with customer engagement teams, field excellence and insight teams, as well as agile central operations and report automation team members, to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements. * Project Delivery: Work closely with the IT department to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. * Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
