工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose * Leverage database marketing to influence End-User/Patient/Consumers’ at the various stages of their patient life cycle. Impact consumers’ attitude and behaviour during awareness, consideration, usage and repeat purchase to fulfill marketing objective from trial to retention * Marketing activities roll-out plan and other product communication Online marketing activities roll-out plan and other product communication 主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities * Lead and drive consumer campaign strategy and toolbox development together with global Marketing, local IC marketing and Consumer CARE team in line with CVI * Online marketing activities roll-out plan and other product communication * Potentially manage local end-User communities, networks and social media where relevant and develop CRM program & offline event accordingly. * Establish and manage ongoing effective internal communication (sales, marketing, RA, GA and Commercial teams) to ensure coherence in our approach to consumers (End-Users) 任职资格Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 3+ years of experience operation management, and delivering results in CRM and Program Management role * Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously * Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations * Data warehouse data mining skills * CRM marketing or club relationship management experience * It’s preferred to have experience in consumer goods/FMCG/infant baby goods or chronic care medical device industries * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Fluent in English and Chinese 岗位胜任力Competencies – apart from global competencies * Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing and consumer campaigns using multiple channels (direct marketing, medical marketing, telemarketing, web, social media etc.) * Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and act on trends and insights. Knowledge of segmentation driven by data mining. * An expert at managing multiple, complex projects across different stakeholders and moving these projects forward by getting timely consensus and/or differences resolved * Good communicator, willingness to share knowledge and able to get buy-in quickly * Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management. Able to work independently to achieve this. * Good English (Written and Spoken) is a must
