Title: Associate Manager - Billing Services, Greater China

Job Purpose: To oversee the Billing team and its functions. Invoicing, job costing, vendor payment management, problem solving, general finance and HR.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. To oversee the Billing team members, their performance and team functions.
2. Report into management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Billing jobs from agreed tariffs.
4. Vendor invoice verification, management, and liaison.
5. Review profitability of accounts and lanes with management team.
6. To run the month end process ensuring the timetable is met to deliver month end financial data to the Corporate Office.
7. Intra-company billing and finance liaison.
8. Coordination of team assignments and workload.
9. Managing the Billing Team - recruitment, team development, staff appraising, to deliver the requirements required by the Branch and the wider Group including Global Finance.
10. Credit control.

Requirements
1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
2. Industry experience or equivalent educational qualification
3. Experience in healthcare or related industry desirable
4. Min 5 years’ experience in finance function, with direct AP and Billing experience
5. P&L or cost center experience essential
6. Contract management experience desirable
