1. Manages all commercial aspects of order executions may including order entry, invoicing, customs declaration, logistics, payment collection, and L/C issuance, to ensure MTS meeting contract requirements and complying with MTS internal procedures/policies. 2.Arranges and/or facilitates logistics. 3.Manages order execution documentation to ensure it is kept current and is accessible as needed including but not limited to SFDC Best Practice documents, SAP related processes, Quality system procedures and control documents, etc. 4.Ensures all order execution activities in compliance with commercial trade regulations, government regulations, banking regulations, MTS’s policy and procedures, and audit requirements are followed and understood to mitigate risk to MTS. 5.Assists sales in obtaining necessary paper works to participate tender offers. Prepares for bidding document upon request from field account managers including but not limited to purchasing bid spec, issuing and tracking bidding bond, and preparing bidding proposals. 6.Assists in reviewing completeness of quote document, contract terms to monitor uniform application of contractual policies and procedures, and to ensure faithful translation between Chinese and English. 7.Keeps archives of sales contracts, memos and in-process correspondence. 8.Receives and transcribes verbal or written dictation from managerial, professional on a variety of reports, correspondence, proposals, etc. 9.Maintains schedule of meetings and configures and arranges travel reservations and accommodations for managerial and professional personnel in assigned area of accountability. 10.Be responsible for all the commercial related cost application and payment in time. 11.Performs other tasks as assigned.
