Responsibilities: (Senior)Hospital Access Strategic Manager is an integrated role including 3 main responsibilities.
Policy analysis:
* Deep insight on the policy trend to China’s healthcare ecosystem & potential impact to company’s strategy & development. * Understand the hospital management policies including but not limited to NRDL/VBP/DRGs/DIP etc. * Tracking the policy issued by main stakeholders especially from NASA/NHC in central and provincial level. * Analyze the policy impact to hospital listing and safety operation by product. * Develop & deliver simple & clear policy training to HA team.
Access strategy:
* Generate the hospital access strategies based on the product life cycle. * Provide evidence-based value proposition dossier compared to competitors in the market to maximize patient access. * Deeply involved in HA BP and contribute to product BP of HA part.
Hospital access marketing:
* Formulate hospital access targets and tracking mechanism. * Analysis & extract effective data to provide decision-making reference for management. * Developed the strategic hospital collaboration structure.
Experience & capabilities:
* Working experience in Pharma company for more than 8 years, consulting, marketing and access strategy experience is preferred. * Strategic thinking and logical expression. * Communicate in oral & written English desirable. * Strong abilities of data analysis and PPT presentation. 67
