Your role and responsibilities
61 Responsible for achieving sales growth including lead generation,
nurturing, customer support, and penetration activities at accounts in region
Beijing (incl. south area of Hebei)
61 Mentor and develop the team to provide effective and accurate delivery of
the correct guidelines on conducting business successfully throughout the region
61 Established and managed the regional team, such as coaching, developing,
and training
61 Being responsible for establishing, collecting, analyzing market
information, planning and implementing the marketing & sales strategy for the
allocated regional markets with the budget and efficiency targets
61 Other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications for the role
61 Bachelor degree or above, industrial automation, mechanical and electrical
integration or related engineering background
61 5 years above working experience in automation industry, familiar with
automation market in North China, especially area around Beijing
61 Good technical background is preferred
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to
develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels in a
multi-culture environment
61 Good leadership and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot
original market/industry opportunities
61 Good command of written and spoken English
