A. To build up strong relationships with Named Accounts, drive Named accounts’ growth and revenue. B. To set up the strategy and business developing plan for Named Accounts in short term, mid-term and long term. C. Lead central bidding projects to enhance the win rate. D. To ensure Eaton be listed in all necessary short list of these named account’s Frame Purchas Agreement, or be invited for bidding as the primary objective. E. To work closely together with all sales teams (Regional, Channel and Service sales), marketing, service team to reach the desired target.
Qualifications:
* More than 3 years’ sales experience in UPS or relevant market * Be familiar and/or have good relationship with some key Internet Accounts & Server manufacture. * Strong sales skill, channel management skill and problem solving skill. * Good team-work spirit and great sales sense * Negotiation and communication skills
