General Description:
This position is a senior level technical role, which provides routine technical support for ARD
Essential Functions of the job:

Independently design and perform routine experiments
Generate data from basic and slightly complicated experiments; Make appropriate conclusion of experiments and make presentations within the cross functional team independently
Keep good record of work per the company policy, and prepare technical reports as needed
Solve routine technical problems independently
Familiar with the common technical practice in the industry, and develop new methodologies according to the project requirement
Give guidance to the junior team members regarding lab techniques

Education Required:
M.S. with about 4 years of experience or B.S. with about 8 years of hands-on experience in the analytical development, major in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biology, engineering or other relevant subjects
Computer Skills:02 02MS Office and other relevant scientific software
Other Qualifications: 0202
Rich experience in one or more of the following analytical techniques: HPLC，GC，MS，etc
Hands-on experience in analytical method development and/or validation
Good capability to reveal and resolve problems
Good interpersonal skills, be able to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
Adequate capability in written and spoken English, adept at scientific literature research, and capable of preparing technical reports in English
