Job purpose
职位目标
This position will focus on various clinical departments of the hospital, establish connections with KOLs, and execute the strategic promotion of Bracco full product line in clinical departments of the hospital.
该职位将是专注于医院各临床科室,与KOL 建立联系,为博莱科全线产品的在医院临床科室推广的战略执行。

This position requires a deep understanding of clinical expertise and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical sales, a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks

84 Execute solution strategy and work with related modalities to build up executable clinical solutions with business impact according to modalities’ needs( including orders, revenue, contribution margin);

84 Visit and support clinical customers in the assigned hospital territory/ region to establish excellent Bracco Branding and marketing reputation;

84 Support multiple modalities’in the hospital clinical departments for the commercial oppotunties to reach the business required goal/ budget;

61 Identify potential clients and organize sales visits to present Bracco products, services and portfolio & solution;

61 Promote and sell Bracco products and services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators;

61 Conduct detailed sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on product benefits and usage;

61 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and healthcare institutions;

84 Collect industries, market trends, products and competitors’ information widely, complete the necessary marketing researching, provide support for the business development Bracco;

61 Provide after-sales service, including responding to product queries and complaints;

61 Work closely with medical teams, Marketing(application) and direct sales teams to develop customized solutions;

84 Build a communication bridge between clinical and imaging departments to ensure the smooth use of Bolaike products within the hospital;

84 Build up and maintain provincial key luminaries and stakeholders for Bracco Products in regional/ provincial market;

84 Develop long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs with KOL in assigned territory/ provincial;

84 Manage related collaboration programs;

84 Establishing product business strategy, Implement the target accounts according to the strategy and plan;

84 Take full responsibilities for getting right products into market and providing strong strategic support to region sales to satisfy the customers through close cooperation with Bracco product modality Sales team;

84 Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position;

Education
教育背景

61 Bachelor’s degree in clinical & medicals, Radiography, and Bioengineering, minimum 3 years solid experience in healthcare industry. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Medical, Business, Nursing, Healthcare, Science, Marketing, Life Sciences, or an MBA.

Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills

84 Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-
based sales process;

84 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical sales, B2B technical sales, or equivalent;
