任职资格：
1.A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer, Business Administration from an established University.

2.Proven skills at troubleshooting in the field, and hands-on engineering experience.
良好解决问题的能力；
3.Good spoken and written English.
英语良好；
4.A team builder.
