Position: National Distributor Manager
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
61 Manage and develop relationships with key strategic client leaders, ensuring customer
satisfaction and fostering business growth.
61 Achieve annual sales performance targets, meeting team and individual sales goals.
61 Effectively plan and manage expenses to ensure they stay within the budget.
61 Strictly enforce company sales policies and product pricing systems, and devise plans for
promotions and marketing campaigns.
61 Oversee the execution and follow-up of sales promotion plans for corresponding clients.
61 Handle expense reconciliation and verification for client costs.
61 Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and market trends, integrating with brand
strategy to devise innovative promotional plans.
61 Clearly communicate the company's strategy to the responsible clients, ensuring their
understanding and execution of the company's strategy.
61 Provide excellent customer service, maintain strong communication, and build close
cooperative relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
职位要求:
Requirements:
61 Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in FMCG) with successful sales
management experience.
61 Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
61 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
61 Strong market insight and analytical abilities.
61 Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and possess a team-oriented mindset.
61 Strong problem-solving and stress-handling abilities.
