Job Responsibilities岗位职责 1. Responsible for insurance business development among direct clients & customers or cooperation with distribution channels to achieve the business targets allocated by the company. 负责直接客户的保险业务开发或与分销渠道的合作,完成公司分配的业务指标。 2. Maintain good customer relationships, improve customer stickiness, and explore customer needs. Handle customer needs promptly and provide good customer service. 维护客户关系,提高客户粘性,挖掘客户需求及时处理客户需求,做好客户服务工作。 3. Regularly plan and implement various customer activities to expand the customer base and build a wide customer network. 定期制定与实施各类客户活动,拓展客户群体,打造广泛的客户网络。 4. Responsible for personalized health management and medical assistance services for high-end customers and implement the corresponding plans. 负责高端客户的个性化健康管理与医疗协助服务的方案与实施。 5. Follow and execute the entire sales process, maintain communication with the sales system and sales front desk, and ensure the smooth implementation of business. 销售全流程的跟进与执行,维护销售系统及销售前台的沟通配合,确保业务顺利落地。 6. Other tasks assigned by the leader. 领导安排的其他工作。
Qualifications任职资格 1. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years’ work experience, preferably in the headquarters of insurance companies or Internet platform . 正规本科毕业,有8年及以上保险总部、互联网平台经验优先 2. Have passion for work, good service awareness and strong coordination skills, strong communication and persuasion abilities, positive image quality, and strong infectivity. 富有激情和感染力,具有良好的服务意识与亲和力,口才及表达能力强、***,有较强的沟通和应变能力。 3. Have experience in brand channels and customer maintenance, and be responsible for drafting plans of customer attraction, conversion, and splitting . Conduct independent health insurance product training. 品牌渠道和客户维护经验,并负责客户引流、转化、裂变等方案的撰写,独立开展健康险产品培训。 4. High-end medical insurance industry background preferred. 有高端医疗保险从业经历优先。 5. Have a positive, innovative mindset, strong learning ability, and integrity. 人品正直,积极创新、学习能力强。 6. Excellent English reading and writing abilities preferred. 英语读写能力优秀者,优先考虑。
