主要工作职责: Be responsible for medical strategy and tactic plan and medical input in brand strategy to maximize product`s value; Engage in the medical tactics actively in assigned therapeutic area including medical affairs, CMEs, advisory boards, KOL development, scientific reviews, Investigator Initiated Trials, phase III study etc.; Develop relationships and engage national KOLs in scientific activities to ensure medical contribution; Manage the medical training and share the update literature with business team accordingly to ensure medical knowledge of internal customer; Review promotional materials and any other documents related to medical content to ensure medical compliance; Assess for new product in BD stage. 任职要求: Master degree or above in clinical medicine, doctor degree is preferred; Major related to the assigned therapeutic area is preferred; Clinical practice is mandatory, and more than 3 years’ experience as a clinical doctor is preferred; More than 3 years medical affairs working experience in pharmaceutical company, more than 5 years is preferred; Competence in solving complicated problems; Good communication and cooperation skill; Good English oral and writing skills, be proficient in office software.
