Responsibilities: Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by customer application. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. other works leader assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, prefer in electrical 5+ years sales or relevant technical experience, technical background will be better Good knowledge of electrical products, protection and application Fluent English writing; Good command of computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and etc.); Good interpersonal and negotiation skill; Aggressive and ready for tough challenges from customer and be resourceful in resolving issues; Willing to travel.
