2. Compile, update and maintain quality documents (control plan, inspection instruction) in the factory

3.Responsible for real material quality management at customer site, including issue Quality Alert and containment action communication and root cause analysis and action tracking and communicate with customer about improvement status.
负责客户处实物质量管理，包括质量警告下发、问题遏制协调、原因分析、措施跟踪，并与客户沟通问题整改进度。
3.Connection with BBAC SQE and communicate quality issue status and customer audit and part sorting and Q-Help and customer claim so on which job customer leads.
与BBAC SQE对口，沟通质量问题状态、客户审核、产品挑选、Q-Help、客户索赔等客户主导的工作。
4.Take charge the complete communication and management about Warranty Claim and communicate internally to fulfill requirement from BBAC QEC, monitor maintenance of QEC system.
负责售后索赔的全面沟通与管理，并协调工厂内部满足BBAC QEC的要求，监督QEC系统的维护。
6.Keep good relationship with BBAC PPS/Production line/Q-Gate/WSA/GFP/VOCA and timely get to know defect which customer finds, reduce issue severity level.
与BBAC PPS/生产线/Q-Gate/WSA/GFP/VOCA等保持良好的沟通关系，及时知晓客户发现的问题，并沟通降低问题严重度。
7.monitor Line GPQ and track Red Box and GPQ status.
监督Line GPQ执行，并跟踪Red Box和GPQ状态
8. Monitor and analysis production process defect and scrap, drive process improvement, meet KPI.
监控和分析生产过程质量不良和报废，推进过程改进，满足设定KPI。
9. Train inspectors on inspection methods according to inspection instructions, determine product standards, update inspection contents and train them regularly according to customer requirements.
按照检验指导书培训检验人员检验方法，确定产品标准，根据客户要求定期更新检验内容并培训。
Job Requirements
1.Science and Engineering Bachelor or above;
2.At least 5 years work experience with quality management in automotive or manufacture field;
3.Organizing, team work ability and target oriented effective problem solving skills;
4. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 standards, have practical application experience
5. Familiar with APQP PPAP FMEA MSA SPC 8D
6. Strong communication skills, clear thinking in solving problems and working under pressure are required
7. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
