83 Responsibilities / 工作职责:
○ Responsible for lab's document, quality records and examination standard, ensuring documents to be update and efficient used;
负责实验室的文件、记录及实验/测量标准，确保实验/测量标准被最新、最有效的使用；
○ Responsible for lab's equipment maintain and environment control;
负责实验室检测设备的保护、维护和环境控制；
○ Ensuring document, records and materials to be pigeonholed, saved, handed out, modified and blanked out correctly;
确保文件、记录、资料正确的归档、保存、发放、修订与作废；
○ Responsible for testing sample and make out the testing report;
负责日常抽样样品试验及型式试验工作并出具检验报告；
○ Responsible for establishing and modifying lab's work instruction;
负责本岗位作业指导书的制定和修改；
○ Responsible for IMTE account, prepare the IMTE calibration plan, make sure all the IMTE are calibrated and attached the calibration label;
维护检测仪器台账，起草校准计划，确保所有检验仪器得到校准并粘贴校准标签；
○ Record and feedback the nonconforming issue during inspection or measurement;
记录并反馈在检验测量过程中发现的不符合项目；
○ Support the engineering to complete the R&R analyses.
协助工程师完成测量系统分析。

Job Specification / required skills:
83 College or above major in mechanical and measuring related;
大学专科以上学历，专业是机械相关；
83 Min. 2 years of work experience in automobile or manufacture field;
至少两年以上在汽车或制造行业工作的经验；
83 Be familiar with GD&T drawing;
能读懂GD&T 图纸；
83 Solid knowledge of sampling check standard;
熟练掌握抽样检验标准；
83 At least 1 year experience on CMM measurement;
至少一年三座标基础操作经验；
83 Be able to use measure instrument, such as caliper, micrometer, etc;
熟悉使用常用计量器具，如卡尺，千分尺等；
83 Basic English knowledge.
基本英文读写能力。
