Assurance of proper handling of components and material. Fulfillment of efficiency targets.
3. 及时制定生产计划排程并实施监控，协调生产现场，使生产线能够做到均衡生产。
Timely drawing up of production schedules and their implementation/monitoring.
Coordination of uniform production line utilization.
4. 确保材料的有效性并进行评价，监控生产过程。负责技术文件，规程，标准等在生产中的正确应用实施。
Assurance of availability of production materials and their appraisal and monitoring of production processes. Responsible to apply and respect the technical documentation, procedures and specifications to have product made.
5. 与设备维修部门共同监管设备维护并监控废品及不良品。
Regulation and supervision of machine maintenance together with the maintenance department and monitoring of waste products and rejects.
6. 确保工作区域现场环境及个人安全、防护。
Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual.
7. 培训，指导并激励员工生产高质量的部件及产品。控制预算在限制范围内并且优化在制材料存储。极力减少制造成本、内部损耗及废品率。
Train，direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products. Budget control in order to stay within its limits and optimization of in-process material storage. Minimize manufacturing cost and inner failure / scrap rate.
8. 知道所有制造工艺。监控，激励工人团队并评估下属的工作技巧及表现。
Knows all the used manufacturing processes. Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates skills and specifications.

1. 5-6年工厂工作经验并2-3年在企业行业主管工作经验。
5~6yrs. Working experience in manufacturing plant and at least 2~3 yrs. Supervisor management experiences in automotive industry.
2. 熟悉生产管理，例如：安全，质量，敬意，六西格玛，5S，培训，员工激励，成本控制，材料管理等.
Be familiar with production management such as safety, quality, Lean, Six Sigma, 5s, training, operators motivation, cost control, material management etc.
3. 良好的问题分析及解决技巧，并具有持续改进意识。
Good at problem Analysis and solving skills, have Continuous Improvement mindset.
4. 专科及以上学历，好的英语及计算机技巧。
Junior college degree or above. Good English and IT skills.
5. 有JIS装配生产、裁切或缝纫管理经验的优先考虑。
JIS assembly production, cutting or sewing management experience is preferred
6. 服从领导，做事认真细致，有良好的质量意识和安全意识。
Obey the leadership. Working carefully and has the good consciousness safety and quality.
7. 必要时能够倒班工作。
Be able to do the shift work When it is necessary。
