Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks 1. Strategy 策略 86 Localize regional sales strategy according to company-level strategy, promote Bracco brand and product in local market in order to achieve annual budget and obtain market share from the competitors. 根据公司整体策略落实本区域的策略执行,推广博莱科品牌与产品以达成年度预算并从市场竞争中获取市场份额。 86 Develop regional sales plan and allocate sales budget into each area, and quantify assessment measurements for area managers. 制定大区的销售计划,分解销售指标,并对区域销售经理进行量化考核。 86 Establish a regional management mechanism; urge the sales strategy and implement company’s policy and regulations. 建立大区的管理机制,督促销售策略和各项规章制度的执行。
2.
