岗位职责:
1. Develop and maintain key customers in the region
开发及维护区域的重点客户
2. Good execution and implementation of the company's marketing strategy

3. Effective management of the team, helping and coaching employees to grow, and correctly and actively delivering the company's values in the team

4. Cooperate with the company to achieve market targets :1) 100% of sales target is achieved; 2) 90% of market share is protected
配合公司达成市场目标:1)销量目标100%达成 2)市场份额的保护90%.

Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks
1. Strategy
策略
86 Localize regional sales strategy according to company-level strategy, promote Bracco brand and product in local market in order to achieve annual budget and obtain market share from the competitors.
根据公司整体策略落实本区域的策略执行,推广博莱科品牌与产品以达成年度预算并从市场竞争中获取市场份额。
86 Develop regional sales plan and allocate sales budget into each area, and quantify assessment measurements for area managers.
制定大区的销售计划,分解销售指标,并对区域销售经理进行量化考核。
86 Establish a regional management mechanism; urge the sales strategy and implement company’s policy and regulations.
建立大区的管理机制,督促销售策略和各项规章制度的执行。

2. Management/Co-ordination
管理职责
61 Motivate and supervise medical information team to ensure coverage in the responsible area.积极指导所属团队,从而良好的覆盖区域销售市场。
61 Implement local Marketing Plan and monitor the execution accordingly.
根据市场计划开展并执行相应的市场活动。
61 Make sure to get external endorsement of the product by the customers.
确保客户获得产品认可。
61 Manage A&P and T&L expense within agreed budget.
管理和控制预算。

61 Co-ordinate with related departments to achieve the sales target.
与相关部门保持良好合作,促进业务目标的达成。
61 Develop professionalism in regional medical information team, according to the policy of the company
培养专业的业务团队。
61 Build up promotion network to drive consumption in hospitals.
建立销售网络,加强医院终端推广。

3. Market Intelligence
市场信息
61 Collect and analyze market changes and trends, competitor information and customer feedback
提供市场变化和趋势,竞争对手信息及客户的及时反馈
61 Collect products and competitors information widely, complete the necessary market research, provide support to the business development of our company.
广泛搜集产品和竞争对手信息,完成必要的市场调研工作,为公司的业务发展提供支持;
61 Advance new ideas and new suggestions, according to the market status and development.
根据市场情况,推进新的信息和建议。
任职要求:
Education
86 Bachelor’s degree and above, with major in clinical, pharmacy, diagnostic, science, or other relevant subjects.
本科及以上,医学、药学或相关专业背景。
Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical/Professional Skills
86 At least 10 years of related drugs or medical equipment sales experience, with contrast agents experience is preferred;
至10年相关领域药品或医疗器材销售经验,造影剂行业销售经验优先;
86 At least 5 years of sales team management in Pharmaceutical Company, MNC background is preferred;
至少5年的制药公司销售管理经验,跨国医药企业优先;
86 Have deep insight of local medical market;
对当地的医药市场有深刻理解;
86 Good relationship with key customers of the local hospital;
在当地的关键医院客户具有良好的客群关系;
86 Strong market data analysis ability.
具备较强的市场数据分析能力;
86 Strong office software skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and etc.
具备较强的办公软件操作能力,包括PPT和Excel等。
86 Proficient in CRM management system (Salesforce) is preferred.
熟练使用CRM管理系统(Salesforce)优先考虑。
86 Willing to travel frequently.
接受频繁出差。
86 Strong interpersonal communication skills, market development capabilities, sales planning capabilities
