Your responsibilities
* Sales strategy * Plans and implements sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives. Achieves sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency. * Sales target * Establishes sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. * Customer relations * Lead the team to establish and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution, especially for digital solution. Ensures a positive customer experience. * New market opportunities * Lead the team to identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. * People leadership and development * Ensures (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. * Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross collaboration. Your background
* Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred). * At least 8 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project. * With the experience of team management. * Strong learning ability; Customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity. * Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
