Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible to establish a
continuous improvement (CI) culture in company, improving the efficiency of
operation system and employee, by optimizing the system, platform, software
etc., and using the AI, digital technology.
You will be mainly accountable for:
61 As the owner of operation systems such as MES, SAP to consult with vendors.
61 Realize innovative ideas and responsible for implementation on digital
application.
61 Digitalize current process and improve productivity by using digital tools
or systems.
61 Provide training, facilitation support to individuals and teams so that
they are better equipped to drive their efforts for themselves.
61 Drive transformational projects, within the scope of responsibility, with a
hands-on and problem solving approach on digital application.
Qualifications for the role
61 Bachelor's degree or above.
61 Experience in manufacturing factory on MES and SAP maintenance.
61 Better to have background or experience on automation production.
61 Able to think independently to challenge traditional solutions.
61 Good facilitating skills and providing guidance to project teams
61 Prefer to know the process of electrical products.
61 Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
61 Good communication, execution and teamwork skills.
