Responsibilities: 61 Closely work with cross functional teams to build up & enhance data management process, maintain scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework. 61 Perform sales incentive analysis, drive effective, data-driven decision making for the SIP/SPIFF design. 61 Develop new modelling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to measure sales performance. 61 Proactively share business insight through business data analyze and utilize digital tools to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications: 61 Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related majors. 61 5~7 years of experience in SFE/Commercial Excellence, business analytics & insights or related fields. 61 Rich experience in Excel, PPT. 61 SQL, Power BI and Python skill will be a plus. 61 Good problem-solving skills and Fluent English communication.
