MSL Lead has leading role in generating annual MSL plan as stipulated in the integrated country medical affairs plan. He/she can supportTA head to collect internal insights, interpret medical strategy to team and cross-functional stakeholders with business mindset. ● Planning and tracking individual TL engagement activities, and synthesize TL insights. Proposing MSL working process excellence needs and acting on it. ● As contact person from Medical team to approach medical societies. He/she can leverage internal resource to establish, develop and maintain trustful scientific relationship between Bayer and medical societies. ● Sr. Manager-MSL Expert can contribute to the communications with Global functions. ● Sr. Manager-MSL Expert can provide solid professional contributions to market access and medical projects. ● As an experienced senior medical staff, Sr. Manager-MSL Expert is medical team's ambassador in field. He/she can provide insight, expertise and problem solution proposal ● TL relationships are built/sustained strongly due to MSL expertise in the therapeutic area and the MSL role.

● Master Degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine relevant, MD, PhD preferred ● Strong knowledge of therapeutic area ● Understanding of clinical trial design and rationale ● Excellent presentation and communication skills ● Ability to build productive work-relationships both internally and externally ● Ability to work independently, a demonstrated self-starter and driver results ● Ability to assume leadership and mentor roles ● Ability to initiate, organize, execute academic event ● Ability to assume leadership and mentor roles ● Demonstrated business insights and strategic mindset ● Strong project management skill ● Fluent English in literature reading ● Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc ● Ability to travel Experience: 1, A minimum of 1 year clinical experience, or a minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience 2, At least 3 years medical affairs experience 3, 3 years MSL experience preferred
