职责：
1、Lead new projects independently or work extensively with manager to on board new partners in various area, i.e. Bank partners, transit partners, etc.
2、Have engineering sense to work with internal and external technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
3、Perform various detailed data analysis to find potential business opportunities.
4、Works extensively with business program management, software and hardware teams as it relates to operations.
5、Able to identify area of underperformance from analyzing data or troubleshooting problems, and design improvement plan.
6、Extensive market research experience to understand payment industry, make strategic insight and recommendation.
7、Serves as a resource to business teams to ensure day-to-day operations, business analytic insights are meeting expectations.
8、Supports external partner operations and working to improve the customer experience collectively.

要求：
1、Bachelor/Master Degree or above, Engineering or MBA desirable.
2、Minimal 2-3 years working experience in ops, data analysis or project management.
3、High degree of pro03ciency on data analysis skills with spreadsheets and presentation tools. Strong analytical mindset and 03erce attention to detail.
4、Proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities in a cross-functional environment with many stakeholders and teams. Experience supporting external partners from a technical perspective.
5、Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies and spaces. Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
6、Strong project management skills and ability to perform tight deadlines.
7、Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8、Professional and pro03cient deck preparation experience for senior level. Good presentation skills in English.
9、Experience in 03nancial / bank / payment / acquiring industry preferred and/or experience in manufacturing / service industry for computers / phones and related technologies is a plus.
