Key Accountabilities: 61 Provide miscellaneous administrative support within the dynamic environment of Sales – through the customer lifecycle from initial contact with a customer to the point that Shell is ready to trade with the customer. 61 Deliver quality office and general administration services. Key Activities: 61 Support Deal Management team on contract/business related document management: include but not limited in contract attachment verification, contract chopping, scanning, mailing, archiving. 61 As the focal point for all general administration matters, e.g.: o meeting requests, o ordering business cards / office supplies, o internal moves, o updating address / distribution lists. 61 Support Sales in mail-shots of brochures, CD-ROMs, Application Forms etc… (at the request of Sales) Position: CO Admin Location: Beijing Department: CO Duration: 3 months
