1. Implement and communicate procedures in compliance with GMP guidelines and local regulations. 2. Receipt of pharmaceutical products in accordance with SOPs. 3. Generation of shipping documentation upon receipt of shipment requests. Including create inventory pick-lists within Depot Inventory Management System, Physical pick & pack supplies from within the Depot, Verification of products picked for shipment by other associates. 8. To perform relabelling upon client request, complete Batch record or JIT record in accordance with SOPs. 4. Returned products reception, Destruction operation process in System and phycial pick&pack. 5. Filing of shipment documentation and archiving support. 6. Stock control including periodic cycle counts 7. Implement temperature validation according to approved validation protocol. 8. Schedule maintenance or vendor service for depot related equipments. 9. Cross-function communication with logistics and PM 10. Export depot temperature report from Center Monitoring System regularly and analyze trend in accordance with SOP. 11. Response to on-call alarms from depot temperature monitoring system. Quick response to emergency (if applicable) during non-working hours. 12. Raise issues in QMS for non-conformance, conduct root cause analysis and propose CAPAs in accordance with SOP. 13. Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Depot Manager.
Requirement and Qualification: 1. A bachelor degree majored in life science (preferably pharmaceutical) field. Pharmacist is preferred. 2. Work experience in clinical trial operations, supply chain will be a plus. 3. Good communication skills and proactive attitude. 4. Ability to read EN SOPs and use EN systems. 5. Good problem-solving and task prioritization skills essential
