Responsibility: - Deep dive stakeholders (incl. scientific leader, clinical HCP, online HCPs) insights through multiple channels - Develop scientific leader engagement plan and cultivate advocators, including speaker development & national campaign execution. - Develop clinical department development strategic & executive plan with clear objective & KPIs setting, and drive execution excellence, incl. HCP peer to peer education events - Develop celebrity HCPs on disease education - Customer engagement on core clinical department - Develop core content for HCP education and disease scientific dialogue. Qualification/Requirements - 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry - 2+ years’ hands-on experience in central marketing - New department development experience preferred - Relevant department (urology, dermatology, infectious disease, OB/GYN, Head & Neck surgery, colorectal surgery) stakeholder engagement experience preferred - National Innovation Program management experience preferred - Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred - Advanced level of stakeholder engagement, problem solving, productive communication and CFT collaboration - Applying level of strategic business management - Willing to travel including on weekends
