Job Purpose: To implement and maintain the company's export control policies and procedures, ensuring that all export activities comply with international and domestic export control regulations, and to mitigate legal risks. This role will work closely with cross functions to develop and maintain China export compliance programs, including preparation and submission of documentations, optimizing EC process, supporting internal approval, maintain statutory data and records.
Key Responsibilities: 61 Monitor and interpret changes in global export control laws and regulations, and assess their impact on business operations. 61 Assist in the development and updating of export control policies and operating procedures to ensure consistency with laws and regulations. 61 Identify customer/product classification to determine the risk of transactions. 61 Review and approve export transactions to ensure compliance with export control requirements. 61 Track and report on export control compliance status, promptly identifying and resolving potential compliance issues. 61 Deal with other issues related to the business.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 61 More than 1 year of work experience in export control or commercial, with familiarity with US EAR, ITAR, and other export control regulations preferred. 61 Possess good analytical judgment and problem-solving skills. 61 Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit. 61 Proficient in the use of office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 61 Fluent in English reading and writing, with good ability to read and write English documents.
