Job Description The Account Manager will be responsible for client relationship management for NNIT’s clients in China local market. The position is expected to closely work together with NNIT sales, marketing, delivery teams in China and Denmark to identify new sales opportunities, be the focal point for the client engagement with NNIT and execute on the account planning to reach the business target. The work will be conducted with reference to our Sales Manager.
Major Functions and Responsibilities 1. Handle the entire sales process from sales leads identification, opportunity qualification, proposal and bid construction management through contract negotiation and closing 2.Account planning, pipeline management and execution to meet order entry target and other sales related targets 3.Building strong client relationship, aligning customer expectations and sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction 4.Maintain and leverage the good partnership with our partners/sales channels especially software solution partners to drive the sales 5.Contribute to marketing related activities, e.g. participate in planning of NNIT customer seminars and conferences 6.Proactively identify and facilitate development of new business opportunities in line with market demand and NNIT business strategy 7.Ensure good collaboration across NNIT business units in both pre-sale and post-sale and provide the best solutions to the clients 8.Location: BJ/TJ Frequent traveling is expected.
Qualifications 1.Successful track record in commercial solution sales solutions with 3-5+ years working experience 2.Customer experience in Commercial, pharmaceuticals, CRO, manufactory or IT preferred 3.High integrity standard 4.Excellent communication and negotiation skill as well as demonstrated capabilities of engaging multiple levels of customer decision makers to close deals 5.Mature, self-motivated, result oriented and able to take a structured approach to the work while also recognized as a good team player 6.Bachelor and above 7.Fluency in English is a plus
