Title: Assistant Sales Manager, MICE North China Working Location: Beijing, China Your opportunity As the Assistant Sales Manager, MICE North China, you will be responsible for 61 Build up the relationship with corporate and agency clients 61 As a team member achieved personal sales target 61 Work closely with resort team to serve each MICE business well How you will contribute 61 To build and represent Club Med's upscale, friendly and multi-culture image, develop Club Med visibility and awareness in corporate world. 61 To manage key account by effective sales action, such as regular sales call. 61 To develop sales leads and find potential national key account. 61 To coordinate with internal and external customer to hold sales driven actives, such as reward events, onsite inspection, experience trip and roadshow, etc. 61 To obtain signed contracts and payments in full. 61 To prepare accurate weekly sales activities and sales call plan. 61 To identify MICE business's key opportunities, threats and propose initiatives action plan. 61 To build rapport with the customers and ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level. 61 To provide effective after-sales services so as to ensure customer's satisfactory level is high. 61 To devote to other ad hoc missions assigned by line manager. Who you are? 61 Education : Diploma’s degree above in business, management, hospitality or marketing will be preferred; 61 Job experience : At least 3 years working experience in relating industry, especially in corporate domain or MICE events. 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skill, experience and strategy in developing regional market 61 Languages : Chinese as the mother tougue.
