What this job involves,
Responsible for site facilities operation and ensure all facilities operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire systems and equipment, etc are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the company, client and government’s policies and requirements
负责项目现场的设施工程管理工作，包括但不限于电力系统，消防系统，机房UPS，实验室尘室等
Provide 7*24 on-call emergency respond and 2 hour to office service.
提供7*24小时的紧急响应支援，并在2小时内到达办公室现场
Follow site specific Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff
遵守设施运营中的工程管理流程并有效地在现场开展落实
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
确保合规性
The single point of technical issue at the site
作为责任负责人处理跟工程相关的现场工作
Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities.
落实节能减排等节约方案
Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule

Required,
A university degree or professional qualification in engineering management
工程管理类相关专业
5+ years practical experience in property or facility and over 3+ years practical experience in facilities maintenance operation, preferably in a campus management
5年以上物业或设施管理类工程管理经验，3年以上实操性工作经验，有园区经验者尤佳
Good troubleshooting knowledge
