Role Responsibilities
1. Customer management: Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of major clients within the region, and establishing stable cooperative relationships.
2. Sales strategy formulation: Based on market conditions, develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Contract negotiation and execution: Participate in contract negotiations with major clients, ensure the reasonableness of contract terms, and supervise the execution of contracts.
4. Market information collection: Collect and analyze market dynamics and competitor information to provide a basis for company decision-making.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, coordinate resources, and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner.
6. Cost management: Control and make reasonable use of sales expenses to ensure the effective utilization of resources.

Qualifications
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields.
2. Work experience: Over 3 years of experience in regional sales or key account management in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, familiar with KA channel operation mode.
3. Skill requirements:
Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively handle customer relationships.
Analytical skills: Strong market analysis and problem-solving abilities, able to adjust strategies according to market changes.
61 Teamwork: Good teamwork spirit, able to coordinate work with different departments.
61 Stress resistance: able to maintain efficient work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
4. Other requirements: Proficient in using office software and adaptable to business travel needs.
