职责: 1、Performing on-boarding procedure: go through on-boarding process with new joiners, collecting mandatory documents of new onboard staff and well handing over with Service Delivery Team; 2、Build up and maintain staff P-files; 3、Trigger new hire on-boarding system upon staff PWID creation; 4、Liaising with local on-board ambassador to ensure onboarding system run smoothly; 5、Effectively interacting with, and responding to, colleagues, candidates, customers and suppliers, building sustainable relationships, setting and managing expectations clearly, identifying and resolving the root cause of any issues and escalating as required; 6、Support new hires communication and conduct regular phone communications with new hires; 7、Arranging & maintaining the signature, renewal, distribution and filing of employer's employment contract. 8、Timely review contract template to keep it most updated; 9、Streamline onboarding process to continuously improve customer experience and mitigate operational risk during onboarding; 10、Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
要求: 1、One to two years of working experience in personnel or administrative work. 2、Good inter personal communication skills. 3、Capable of English Reading and Writing. 4、Strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and meticulously.
