- Senior Legal Counsel is accountable and responsible for supporting legal and integrity matters for ABB Electrification Business Area in China.
- 61 Providing legal support in China in connection to Electrification Business.
- 61 Formulating improvement and development of legal processes, due diligence and legal productivity, simplicity and standardization, reflecting the country specific requirements.
- 61 Independently draft, review, revise, negotiate and provide risk assessment on contracts, projects or deals in line with ABB internal risk control guidelines and applicable local laws.
- 61 Managing and coordinating litigation and arbitration and disputes in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- 61 Support M&A projects.
- 61 Support legal entities corporate governance matters.
- 61 Support ABB Integrity program and support Integrity initiatives in close collaboration with the integrity team.
- 61 Providing internal training on contractual and integrity topics.


- 61 Master of Law from a reputable law school and admission to PRC Bar.
- 61 Minimum 10 years Legal experience or equivalent in a recognized law firm or multinational company.
- 61 Substantial “hands-on” experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- 61 Strong ability in handling and managing complex litigation, arbitration and disputes.
- 61 Rich M&A experience.
- 61 Strong command on corporate and commercial law.
- 61 Experience in implementing and monitoring Integrity and compliance program in China (including performing ethics and compliance investigation) is preferred.
- 61 Fluent in English.
