THE ROLE



Achieve individual sales targets while assisting the store in achieving collective sales targets. Having professional sales skills, service awareness, and product knowledge, interpreting brand spirit through practical actions, and becoming a brand ambassador.

RESPONSIBILTY



Achieve sales targets.

Comply with company policies and guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure the accuracy of daily inventory.

Handle customer complaints properly according to company policies.

Maintain the store image, including display and product maintenance.

ABOUT YOU



More than one year of sales experience in the retail clothing industry.

Be proactive and pay attention to details.

Good communication and sales skills.

Good image and affinity.

Experience in the fashion retail industry and luxury goods sales is preferred.

Have a certain level of computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT).
