You'll make an impact by
● Manage and expand the in-charged sales team to meet related financial target in terms of both top-line and profitability and OPEX. ● Prepare the budget periodically and perform monitoring of the cost, top-line and resource to plan. ● Develop the sales strategy and plan in the responsible area. ● Ensure high level customer satisfaction from vendor to end customer side. ● Verify the authenticity of contact person referred by a third party (e.g., obligor, dealer, and manufacturer). ● Work closely with Business Development team to follow vendor business module across the teams. ● Provide supervision for the responsible team members to ensure work quality. ● Lead and manage responsible team including performance management, team buildup, succession plan and people development, etc. ● Ensure the compliance requirement is met within the team. ● Lead the sales team to work together with other functions, e.g. Sales Administration, Risk Management, Operations, Compliance and Marketing to ensure effective communication and collaboration. ● Perform additional tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
