Essential Functions 1. Lead the team to accelerate sellers’ growth in Walmart to enrich their assortment and improve shopping experience to delight our customers. 2. Work with US marketplace teams to align on category development strategies. 3. Generate high-quality seller insight to influence Walmart product roadmap to improve experience. 4. Develop and manage a high performing team. 5. An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. 3 years' experience in sales, business development/account management, more than 1 year of people management experience 3. Good leadership skills with the experience to help recruit and train a high performing team. 4. Strong business development and project management skills with the ability to close complex deals 5. Excellent analytical and planning abilities to design and oversee programmatic business development efforts. 6. Ability of managing complex projects and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Chines and English 8. Preferred Qualifications: related working experience in e-commerce/retail/FMCG/consulting industry
