Detail description: . Provide effective support and problem-solving for employees' email systems, including Beijing office and branch offices; . Responsible for the basic adjustment and Troubleshooting on telephone PABX, adjust users’ right on Telephone, and user location adjustment; · Make sure the running of Internet line, and VPN connection etc. and manage the Internet right issue; · Responsible for IT support all computers (PC, Laptop and smartphone) and troubleshooting; include the hardware and software; · Daily troubleshooting for network system; · Responsible for all anti-virus tasks, include all branch offices; · Cabling work on-site coordination and update cabling document if necessary; · Basic troubleshooting on the Printer, FAX, Copy machine and other IT equipment; · Responsible for the basic adjustment and Troubleshooting on telephone PABX, adjust users’ right on Telephone, and user location adjustment; · Responsible for the computer prepare and installation for new employees; · Implement the company’s policies on the network security and Internet Access to make sure the effective using of company’s resource; · Provide the technical support all representative office on IT area, and provide the suggestions; · Responsible for the Cisco wireless devices, include the office building and workshop; · Support IT issues of the branch offices, and provide the solution, help to implement and troubleshooting; · Implement and process the tasks, which the company management / IT Manager arrange specially; Position Qualification Requirement: Education & Professional Background University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline Relevant Experience · 2+ years work experiences on IT area; familiar with the computer hardware, software and network equipment; · Familiar with Cisco product, such Cisco ASA firewall, Router, switch devices etc.; · Be familiar with Microsoft Windows system, Internet Protocols, like TCP/IP, SMTP, IPSEC, etc. · Having the professional certificate, such as CCIE, MCSE etc.: · Have relevant work experience in the working principle and maintenance of email systems . Ability for learning new technology and knowledge, could work on the special time if need; · Excellent understanding ability and interpersonal skills; good at teamwork; Language Skills Have the basic ability in both oral & written English; Other Requirement 1.Strong communication and learning skills; 2.Ability to work independently and to work as part of a team when required; 3.Self-motivated, sense of responsibility, willing to learn;
