The core purpose of this position is to develop creative design of the new products based on the product concept and detailed design, to meet the URS and to create more customer values to improve the product competitiveness.

Essential Job Functions
主要工作职责

Understand the market trend and progress of the filtration related technology, to make proposal for China R&D technology and new products development roadmap by working with the marketing and sales team.
了解过滤相关技术的市场趋势和进展，与市场和销售团队合作，为中国研发技术和新产品开发路线图提出建议。
Work with the marketing and sales team to attend VOC, to understand the User Requirement Specifications (URS) of the new product, to define value proposition, and work with the project team to convert the URS to design concept.
与市场和销售团队合作参加客户之声（VOC），了解新产品的用户需求规格（URS），定义价值主张，并与项目团队合作将URS转化为设计概念。
Take the lead to do DFEMA to develop product prototype design, to generate the engineering drawings with specification, prepare technical documents. To support the design verification test plan and the verification execution.
领导进行DFEMA以开发产品原型设计，生成带有规格的工程图纸，准备技术文件。支持设计验证测试计划和验证执行。
Responsible for the product design review, and to do the detailed product design after the design is finalized, and to support the validation plan, as well as validation execution.
负责产品设计评审，在设计最终确定后进行详细产品设计，并支持验证计划和验证执行。
Take the lead to work with Operation team to finalize the PFEMA to improve the manufacturing reliabilities.
领导与运营团队合作，完成PFEMA以提高制造可靠性。
Work with sourcing team to develop new parts vendors and execution PPAP.
与采购团队合作开发新零件供应商并执行生产件批准程序（PPAP）。
Work with the global R&D team for some specific NPD projects as needed.
根据需要与全球研发团队合作进行一些特定的新产品开发（NPD）项目。
To be actively involved in DBS, and to use DBS tools to drive R&D excellence.
积极参与DBS，并使用DBS工具推动研发卓越。
To do technology training for other engineers when need.

Qualifications
资格要求

Master’s degree or above in mechanical, polymer materials.
机械、聚合物材料硕士及以上学历。
At least 5 years of experience as a research and development design engineer, particularly in the field of plastic products.
至少5年研发设计工程师经验，特别是塑料产品领域。
Proficient in mechanical design software, mold design software, and fluid simulation software, among others.
精通机械设计软件、模具设计软件和流体仿真软件等。
Be familiar with mechanical design process/ DOE/FEMA.
熟悉机械设计过程/DOE/FEMA。
Better to have basic knowledge of filtration and element design experience.
具备基本的过滤和元件设计知识更佳。
Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
优秀的英语听说读写能力。
