Here, you will make an impact by: 61 Driving Mercedes-Benz China sales, vehicle penetration, and spec-in wins via MB direct business and Tier Supplier sales. 61 Building a strong opportunity pipeline based on the full 3M Portfolio. 61 Active participating the New Model Planning approach and process. 61 Transferring spec-in wins from Home Country to China and implementing Application Replication opportunities. 61 Monitoring “Close-Lost” opportunities to initiate Competitive Conversion actions. 61 Exploring Quick-Fix opportunities through targeted customer visits and line walks. 61 Close Collaboration with the international Account team, local Tier Team, Portfolio, Sales Operations, and Application Engineering to ensure effective “Pitch & Catch.” Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: 61 Experience with Automotive OEM / Tier Supplier key account management / sales (Mercedes- Benz experience would be a benefit) 61 Master or Bachelor degree in technical disciplines or business engineering or comparable 61 Experienced in Project management combined with strong communication skills 61 Fluency in Chinese and English 61 Profound skills in MS Office, Sales Force (CRM), Power BI and other important automotive systems Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 61 Experience how to drive Spec-In wins via, New Model Planning, Application – Replication, Pitch & Catch, Competitive Conversion and Quick Fix 61 Analytical thinking & play to win with the right sense of urgency attitude Job specifics: 61 Travel expectations: May include up to 50% national travel and from time to time internationally
